Mozhan Khadem Commissioned to Design the Future Koç University Post Graduate Dormitories

In November 2017, Mozhan Khadem was commissioned to design the future Koç University “Post Graduate Dormitories” and its related dinning, social, maintenance and parking facilities for five hundred (500) students consisting of accommodations for 300 PHD,180 Masters and 20 Married students within six (6) interconnecting blocks. The gross area of the proposed facility is over 27,000 SM. (over 270,000 SF).

Mozhan Khadem Commissioned to Design the Proposed Koç University Entry Crescent

On December 2016, Mozhan Khadem was commissioned to design the proposed “Koç University Entry Crescent,” the formal entry to the academic part of campus. It is a highly landscaped area with flower gardens, reflecting pool, fountain and sculpture elements. It is designed in the form of a “Crescent”, the iconic symbol on the Turkish flag. It accommodates twenty buses for the drop off and pick up of students and staff. It also includes a ceremonial ramp for VIP visitors. It will be built on a four level underground parking structure which accommodate 500 parking spaces.
